I’ve worked in a lot of different positions in architecture over the past 25 years. My interest in the discipline grew out of my admiration for beautiful architecture and design, and for the process that it demands. I felt that passion at a young age and have nurtured it in my work with like-minded people.

I think enthusiasm and passion are the key to achieving maximum results in our projects. The more ambitious our client is and the more complex the process or assignment, the more driven I am to bring it to a successful conclusion. That’s what motivates me in my work, day after day.

I’m a team player. I do my work with passion, and I pay attention to the tiniest detail. I find the combination of project management and engineering challenging on many levels. I’m passionate about working with our partners to create a robust, well-planned project. As a project coordinator, I take a problem-solving approach to my work.

My primary aim is to organise, monitor and improve the building process in terms of content, and to boost quality by ensuring the consistency and practical feasibility of the plans before construction starts. My experience on both the implementation side and with clients gives me a firm basis for shaping these processes. Being a member of a flexible team leads me to new partnerships, challenges and insights. It's important to me to continue to evolve and grow.
